These terms are an agreement between you and For Impact Co, LLC (doing business as The Scale Room, "we") and govern your use of The Scale Room — the software available at scaleroomapp.com, including funnel building, copywriting tools, lead management, booking, and messaging features (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you purchased a plan with its own written agreement, that agreement controls where the two differ.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal, and any guarantees are as described at checkout for the plan you purchased. You can cancel per your plan's terms; access continues through the period already paid. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other customers.
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All payments made to The Scale Room are non-refundable. This includes initial payments, recurring subscription or membership payments, installment payments under a multi-payment plan, and any payments for setup, onboarding, or done-for-you build work.
Because access to the platform, strategy, templates, and build work is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused time remaining in a billing period, failure to log in or use the platform, dissatisfaction with results, or a change in your business circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
Pausing Your Membership
We understand that circumstances change. Rather than offering refunds, we allow you to pause your membership at any time.

Reinstating Your Membership
You may reinstate a paused membership at any time from within your account, or by contacting us at support@attracttoscale.com. Upon reinstatement, billing resumes on the terms in effect at the time of reinstatement, and a new billing cycle begins on the date you reinstate.
We reserve the right to modify our fees and program terms. If our terms or fees change while your membership is paused, the terms and fees in effect at the time you reinstate will apply.
Cancellation
If you wish to end your membership entirely rather than pause it, you may cancel from within your account or by contacting us at support@attracttoscale.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund or credit any payment already made. You will retain access through the end of your current paid period, after which your access will end.
If you are on a multi-payment plan or a fixed-term agreement, cancellation does not release you from your obligation to complete the remaining payments under that plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is valid under these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated fees.
Everything you put into the Service — your business information, stories, copy, and the leads your funnels capture — belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (hosting, processing, sending on your behalf). We own the Service itself: the software, templates, frameworks, and methodology. You may not resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform.
The Service uses AI to draft marketing content from information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it — including the accuracy of claims, testimonials, and any statements regulated in your industry. Don't publish claims you can't substantiate; the Service is a drafting tool, not a compliance review.
The program. For Impact Co, LLC, doing business as The Scale Room, operates a text messaging program for people who ask to hear from us. Messages may include replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and onboarding notices, and marketing or promotional messages about The Scale Room.
How you join. You are enrolled only when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts — for example, by submitting one of our forms with the consent box checked. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email jared@scaleroomapp.com, and we'll help you.
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on effective transmission from that network, and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This section applies to messages you send to your own leads using the Service. You may only message people who gave consent through your opt-in flows, and that opt-in must clearly disclose who is sending, the types of messages, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, alongside a link to your own privacy policy and terms. You must honor opt-outs (unsubscribe, STOP) immediately. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your marketing — including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and carrier messaging rules — and for the accuracy of the business information you submit for registrations made on your behalf. No purchased lists, no spam, no unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend messaging features for accounts generating complaints or carrier violations, since they endanger deliverability for everyone.
The Service connects to third parties you choose to use — such as Google Calendar, payment processors, and messaging carriers. Their terms govern your use of their services, and we're not responsible for their availability or actions. Disconnecting an integration stops our access to it.
Marketing outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your follow-through, and factors outside anyone's control. Except for any guarantee stated in your plan at checkout, the Service is provided "as is" and we don't promise specific business results, revenue, or lead volume.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. After cancellation you can export your leads and content for 30 days, after which we may delete account data. We may end or modify the Service with reasonable notice; if we discontinue it entirely, we'll refund any prepaid, unused period.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes get notice by email or in-app, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which For Impact Co, LLC is organized. Questions: jared@scaleroomapp.com
